Carter is a talking machine! He is still shy in public places, but when he is in his comfort one…he is your typical chatty and wild 2 year old. He gets so much attention wherever we go. He is already breaking girls hearts! He loves to eat "warchiches" (aka: sandwiches), "nana's", chicken, "gapes" (grapes), cookies, "ronies" (macaroni), yogurt, oatmeal, and goldfish crackers. He likes more things but for the most part, he is a picky little eater. He used to eat vegetables but not anymore. We sneak them into his diet still!
He loves to play basketball and whenever he slam dunks the ball, he always ends with saying "yeeeeaaaahhhh"! Daddy taught him that one! He loves cars, pushing his wagon around the backyard, throwing balls, jumping on the trampoline, and just being outside in general. He is starting to give us signs that he is ready to potty train. That will be coming up soon I'm sure! He doesn't try to climb out of his crib yet so we are keeping him in there as long as we can. We aren't ready for him to have that night time freedom just yet!
He knows all his letters, numbers, colors, animals (and the sounds they make), and shapes. One of his favorite things to do on car rides is look at the cars driving by and say…"look, red car" (or whatever color car it is). If you ask him how old he is, he says "two" and holds up two fingers. He loves to dance and sing along to songs that he knows. Because of Sissy, his favorite songs right now all come from the Disney Frozen soundtrack.
He is so much fun, so smart, so beautiful, and absolutely perfect!
